Blog is just like a way of socializing, If you think that you are already socialized and already have many friends then use blog to improve your language and see how the internet world users write and speak, try to understand their way of speaking and learn something good for sure.

There are many websites from where you can get your own blog. E.g wordpress , or Blogger ( www.blogger.com )

Topics?
Now what kind of blogs should we make? Answer for this question is quite hard but you can make a blog in which you are expert and about which you have knowledge E.g Gaming, Poker, Science, Sociology, History, Hacking, Earning online money or any kind of blog in which you can write your views and comments or at least you can teach something good to other people.

Blog is another way of wasting the time?
No! If you think that you are not getting any thing from blogging then you can at least start earning online money from it. You can use google adsense programs or any adsense affiliates to earn money. In this way you can get your salary from google for teaching the people! That's the reason for the existence of google. Teach people at internet and get salary from google. Simple!
